Parking & Potholes

Parking issues, which side of the street to park, parking on grass, parking on the sidewalk, we have some issues that we have been working with the park manager to address. Where are the parking rules? We hear that Havenpark now has community rules for us that they wanted us to hand out at the September 2026 Community Meeting. We asked them politely to distribute their own rules. Once we receive them we will post them on this site, and we welcome your comments on them!

Potholes and the conditions of the roads is important. If you see a pothole developing or your vehicle has been damaged by a pothole in our community contact the office, and if nothing is done please contact us.
