Many of the homes that were moved in to our community have started to sink.

June 21, 2026 Update

Havenpark has agreed to “fix” the land only under certain homes using an outside contractor. They at this point are only working on single wide homes. If your home is sinking or you notice the skirting is tilting, we ask that you do two things, first you MUST notify Havenpark at the office, and then please follow up by filling out the form below so we can attempt to hold our landlord accountable.

August 19, 2026 Update

A total of 10 homes are “done”, with 9 passing inspection. They will be working on one home at a time, and Havenpark has rejected a number of homes for repairs. The repairs are being done by a third-party contractor hired by Havenpark, we have no input into that process, what is done, or which homes are selected. We are however monitoring the process, progress, and documenting all of it. We are also hearing that there are concerns that the contractors are tearing up the yards in the process. We are not qualified to comment on the quality of the repairs, but do caution those getting their homes repaired not to think of this as a “permanent” repair. Current requirements for setting a new home in this community involves digging frost line footings to prevent heaving.

September 15, 2026 Update

We are hearing that some residents homes that have been worked on by the third party contractor (Home Sprout) are not being told what repairs were actually made. We have made a form for those residents to take to the office, the completed form will request records of what exact work was done on your home, the dates, and all inspection and permit records. Click here to download the Request for Documentation form.
