Lake Ridge under Havenpark?
Lake Ridge began as a vision of an upscale manufactured home community.. Paved streets and sidewalks with street lights and underground utilities. Just like almost all communities in America. They included:
Trash, water and sewer
Landscaping and trees
Basic cable
Grass cutting
Snow removal
A 24 acre lake
Large lots
Optional garages
RV storage area
Storm shelters
The original owners eventually passed away and their children took over and slowly things changed. In 2022 Lake Ridge was sold to Havenpark Communities out of Utah. They are a private equity firm. That resulted in the price to lease the land for each lot increasing by large amounts and some of those services above were cut.
