Clearing our streets of snow!

Most of us have got stuck at home or even on the street during a snowstorm. No roads plowed but you have to get to work. Our streets are private, so it is up to the landowner (now Havenpark) to clear the streets in a timely manner and not leave large mounds in the middle of plowed streets.

We would like to know the snow and ice removal plan in advance from Havenpark. When do they plow, do they plan on using anti-icing for ice events (applying chemical materials that lower the freezing point before an event, you can prevent snow and ice from bonding to the pavement), how much snow must fall before they start plowing and how soon after a storm is over do they expect the streets to be cleared?
